i found the location ideal for exploring. the rooftop pool was a highlight, offering great views. the complimentary wine and cheese each afternoon was a nice touch. it. plus, the staff helped me with directions and recommendations.

really good serviceample spacemissing rack
The check in and check out processes were seamless. staff provided really good service, always answering yes to any request and offering assistance. the family junior suite was spacious with ample luggage storage. I found the bed comfortable.
the room lacked hanging racks for wet towels. there was no fan inside the bathroom.

The location is perfect with many surrounding cafes and shops within walking distance. various tourist spots are easily accessible. Also the metro is nearby. the area felt okay all time, even when i walked back late at night.

really good servicesafe location
The staff provided really good service. Their answer was always yes to anything i needed. The location is very safe even when walking back at night (i felt completely at ease). The room was even better than what it looked like online. I booked the family junior suite, and it gave us so much space. The complimentary coffee was also very nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. That aspect was acceptable.
The rooftop bar was often closed. I was disappointed. the pool was quite small and shallow. It was only 80cm deep, so it barely qualified as a pool. parking was also a problem. It was listed as available, but it wasn't when i needed it.
