fantastic stay!
rooftop pool afternoon wine helpful staff
i found the location ideal for exploring. the rooftop pool was a highlight, offering great views. the complimentary wine and cheese each afternoon was a nice touch. it. plus, the staff helped me with directions and recommendations.
the room was a little dark.

excellent hotel experience
really good service ample space
The check in and check out processes were seamless. staff provided really good service, always answering yes to any request and offering assistance. the family junior suite was spacious with ample luggage storage. I found the bed comfortable.
the room lacked hanging racks for wet towels. there was no fan inside the bathroom.

The location is perfect with many surrounding cafes and shops within walking distance. various tourist spots are easily accessible. Also the metro is nearby. the area not sketchy at all, even when i walked back late at night.

Breakfast featured an amazing buffet offering various local cheeses, sausages, and juices. there was sparkling wine available too. a menu of hot dishes existed, including omelets and local catalan options. Each morning offered a good experience.

staff members were unbelievably helpful, suggesting excellent places to eat. they helped with train tickets and transportation arrangements. delfina and albert added so much to the trip.

the portable wi-fi provided was very useful to take out during the day. luggage storage proved convenient for late flight departures. the rooftop terrace offered fine 360 views of the city both day and night.

the hotel was very comfy and tidy i found it offered great value. the staff was friendly and supportive they ensured i felt welcome. i appreciated the convenient location. i also liked the complimentary water in the lobby

Central Stay with Excellent Service
really good service safe location
The staff provided really good service. Their answer was always yes to anything i needed. The location is very safe even when walking back at night (i felt completely at ease). The room was even better than what it looked like online. I booked the family junior suite, and it gave us so much space. The complimentary coffee was also very nice.

closed rooftop bar small pool
The staff was friendly and helpful. That aspect was acceptable.
The rooftop bar was often closed. I was disappointed. the pool was quite small and shallow. It was only 80cm deep, so it barely qualified as a pool. parking was also a problem. It was listed as available, but it wasn't when i needed it.
